Diaper Wreath

Well, we’re not showered out yet! Our very spoiled baby was treated to yet another gift giving bonanza as well as a fabulous afternoon of fun, food and great company!

Chris’ mom Linda hosted a shower here in Halifax on October 26th. It was a purple fantasy land of decorations, game prizes and diaper art ( watch the video – you’ll see!). Linda had decorated her house beautifully with all things baby including a gorgeous bassinet complete with all the bells and whistles. A mixed group of friends of Chris’ family, relatives and friends of ours gathered together to celebrate the upcoming birth our of little baby.

It was another moment in my life where I will always remember the generosity of others and marvel at how excited everyone else was to meet our new addition! It was an amazing afternoon with every detail carefully planned and everyone was able to relax and enjoy a wonderful time.  A big thank you to everyone who came and to Linda for all of her work.

We can’t wait for you all to have a turn kissing and cuddling our new little baby.
